It reflects their evolution and gives a space for controversial debates related to them. ZNER magazine
The quarterly ZNER magazine ("Zeitschrift für Neues Energierecht", "Magazine for New Energy Law") is the only German jurisprudential periodical focussed on juridical conflicts around renewable energy. Since 1997, Hermann Scheer, President of EUROSOLAR, is editing the ZNER magazine. The ZNER magazine contains articles, documentations and comments of the current legal practice and legislation.
