On November 9 and 10, 2020, EUROSOLAR Russia took part in organizing and conducting an online seminar on the topic "Solar Microgeneration: An important stage of the Energy Transition and a new challenge to the Electric grid. Solutions, examples, German experience".
The project was implemented jointly with KRAFTWERK Renewable Power Solutions GmbH and UDPO "Energy Institute for Advanced Training of PJSC Kubanenergo" with the support of eclareon GmbH, the National Research University of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, the Non-German Solar Industry Association (BSW-Solar) and with the financial support of the Federal Ministry of Energy and Economics of Germany and KRAFTWERK. The project is aimed at facilitating the implementation of the law on microgeneration facilities and related regulatory legal acts on the technological connection of microgeneration facilities operating on the basis of renewable energy sources to distribution network facilities.
The main speaker was Alexander Kiryukhin, Professor at the National Research University of the MEI and Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Constance (Germany). He spoke about the experience of implementing microgeneration facilities in Germany.

Within the framework of the seminar, an introductory tour to the training ground was held, where a 5 kW solar power plant was installed for educational purposes.
The online seminar was attended by representatives of PJSC Rosseti Kuban, JSC Magnitenergo, LLC As-Stroy, the production company ENELT, remotely about 25 companies of the Krasnodar Territory and 40 companies of the Rostov region.
