Resolution No. 622 of May 24, 2017. It is possible to split the total input capacity into several projects, provided that the obligations for the total volumes of input capacity are maintained in case of changes in external factors. It is aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness and reducing the risks of investing in the construction of generating facilities based on renewable energy sources.
Resolution No. 610 of May 23, 2017. It is aimed at stimulating the development of wind-powered generating facilities. Updated requirements for products and works to determine the level of localization of wind power equipment.
Resolution No. 432 of April 11, 2017. The procedure for transferring the volumes of renewable energy capacity released as a result of the termination of contracts for the supply of such capacity to subsequent competitive selections has been established. A ban has also been introduced on further participation in competitive selections of organizations that have repeatedly violated the terms of the contract for the supply of renewable energy capacity.
Resolution No. 240 of February 28, 2017, Orders No. 354-r and No. 355-r of February 28, 2017. The adopted decisions make it possible to extend measures of state support for renewable energy sources to generating facilities operating on the basis of solid household waste (MSW) incineration. The development and support of MSW-based generating facilities is aimed at solving environmental problems and developing appropriate technologies in Russia.
Resolution No. 961 of September 23, 2016. Within the framework of the state program "Energy Efficiency and Energy Development". The procedure and conditions for granting subsidies from the federal budget to compensate for the cost of technological connection of generating facilities with an installed generating capacity of no more than 25 MW, operating on the basis of using renewable energy sources or peat, to persons who own such facilities on the right of ownership or on any other legal basis are established.
Resolution No. 939 of September 19, 2016. It will encourage the development of the production of solar power equipment based on photovoltaic conversion in Russia.
Resolution No. 47 of January 23, 2015. It will improve the mechanism for supporting generating facilities operating on the basis of the use of renewable energy sources in retail markets, as well as stimulate the production of electric energy by such generating facilities.
Implementation of the provisions of the resolution will allow developing competitive relations in the wholesale market and implementing a competitive mechanism for determining the list of renewable energy generating facilities for which capacity supply agreements will be concluded.
